Shawn offers her clients a unique set of skills that enhance their real estate buying and selling experience. Her extensive experience in interior design and staging helps her sellers' homes stand out when presented to the market. Shawn's experience with new construction gives her the knowledge to help her buyers assess the quality of finishes and construction in a home under consideration and helps her sellers make the right decisions about pre-market upgrades. With over 30 years experience in high end Real Estate and having bought, sold, built and flipped multiple homes in multiple markets, she is skilled at helping buyers see each property's potential, and is dedicated to helping sellers get the most from their investment.

Shawn has navigated a number of relocations herself and understands the challenges of uprooting a lifestyle and a family. She is focused on guiding her relocating clients to finding the right neighborhood and value to fit their needs and to making their landing as smooth as possible.

Shawn is a native Northwesterner and has lived all over greater Seattle and the Eastside. She has raised three boys in the Bellevue public school district and has a strong knowledge of the schools – both public and private - in the Seattle/Eastside area.
